Ticket Reservation Instructions

Once you purchase the Membership you will be sent login information to your PatronPortal. If you're already a Member please login before placing your Membership order. After you log in you can reserve your seats to each of the 5 productions AND purchase additional tickets with your Membership discount.

Fee disclaimer: There is a one time $5 fee when you purchase a membership. We have included the fee in the sticker price of our memberships. When you reserve your seats to each production no ticket fees will be applied. Any additional tickets purchased not included in your Membership will incur the $5 fee.

FAQ

    1. First, select how many tickets to each production you’ll need. Then choose your preferred section: orchestra or balcony. Purchase the Membership.

    2. After purchasing the Membership you will be provided an email with credentials to login to our portal.

    3. Log in to your portal. You’re now ready to select your preferred performance dates* and your seat(s).

    *excluding opening nights

  • Thank you for being a Member! To renew for our current season simply login, purchase a Membership, then reserve your tickets.

    If you’ve lost your password, you can reset it by clicking the Log In button at the top of this page and selecting “Forgot Password”. For additional assistance please contact our box office.

    • An online PatronPortal account where you can do everything in just a few clicks:

      • Reserve seats

    • Discounted tickets additional to the ones that already come with your Membership (up to 4 per show)!

  • All East West Players tickets and ticket discounts included in your Membership are accessible through your online Portal and applied automatically at checkout. When additional benefits become available, you’ll receive an email with all the relevant information.

    If you are having trouble accessing your benefits, please refer to our PatronPortal Guide. If you think you missed an email, please contact the box office.

  • You can reach out to our box office via phone or email. Please note that unless there is a show running at our theater, our box office staff is on hiatus and messages will be reviewed within 48 hours of receipt.

    When you sign up for a membership, please ensure that the email you used to purchase the membership is opted into our email list - you can opt in HERE.

    We occasionally send important communications about your membership through our email marketing service. If you would like to be opted in only to membership communications, please reach out to boxoffice@eastwestplayers.org and let us know.

  • East West Players gift cards are distributed via email. Search “East West Gift Card” in your inbox and record your gift card number. If you can’t find your gift card number please contact the box office at boxoffice@eastwestplayers.org.

    To use at checkout, click the “Use Gift Card” button at the final payment screen, and enter your gift card number. Click here to see an example showing where to enter your gift card number during checkout.
