Our box office is conveniently located at 120 N Judge John Aiso Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012, accessible from the outside of the building. Our physical box office is only open 90 minutes before each performance. Please email and call us and our friendly and knowledgeable staff will be there to assist you with any questions or requests you may have.

Ticket Policies
Payment Options
We accept all major credit cards and checks payable to East West Players. Cash is not accepted for ticket purchases.
Refunds
All tickets are considered sold at the time of purchase and all sales are final. We do not offer refunds including for missed performances. All tickets must be paid for at the time of reservation.
Exchanges can be made at no charge up to 72 hours before the preferred performance, dependent on seat availability. Please email boxoffice@eastwestplayers.org with your name and preferred performance date. View the available performances and seats on our ticketing website.
Ticket Delivery Options
During your checkout, the ticketing system will ask what your preferred delivery method will be. If you select “Will Call” we’ll have them ready for you at the Box Office. If you select “Email,” your tickets will be emailed to you as a Mobile Ticket. Mobile tickets can be added to your mobile wallet, screenshotted and saved it to your device, or printed at home ahead of time!
If you’re unsure of which delivery method you chose, try searching your email inbox with the search term “your ticket reservation” or the name of the show you’re attending. If you still cannot find your ticket confirmation email, feel free to reach out to the Box Office using the contact information above.

Accessibility
East West Players’ David Henry Hwang Theater is ADA compliant in our Orchestra level seating. Our theater starts on the 2nd floor of the building. Our pedestrian elevator does not reach the Balcony level.
Wheelchair locations are located in the Orchestra section and indicated in the seating map and can be purchased online or over the phone. Please contact the box office for any accessibility requests. If someone in your party requires an elevator, please select seats in the Orchestra Level. Additional swing-out armrests, for easier transfer from wheelchair or walker, are available in seats C1, E15, G1.
We have a limited number of Assistive Listening Devices available at each performance, available on a first come, first served basis. Please see the house manager for assistance.
