WANTED: Outgoing, dedicated volunteers to staff the 46th Anniversary Visionary Awards

WHEN: Monday, April 30, 2012

WHERE: Universal City Hilton - 555 Universal Hollywood Drive, Universal City, CA 91608-1001

WHAT: Volunteer assignments include assisting with silent auction, ushering, registration, VIP escort, and set-up. Dinner will be served, and the dress code for the event is black-tie optional.

WHY: The East West Players Anniversary Visionary Awards Dinner is an award-winning event that salutes artists who have raised the visibility of the Asian Pacific American community through theater, film and television. For 45 years, East West Players has been a place for the Asian Pacific American voice to thrive. And honestly, it's just a really good time.

AND THERE'S MORE! There will be a volunteer thank you party! Details to follow. We appreciate the hard work and valuable time you're giving us. Dinner and drinks are on us!

THE FINE PRINT: Volunteers interested in participating must attend one of two training sessions. They will be on Thursday, April 26, 2012, 7-9pm and on Saturday, April 28, 2012, 10am - 12noon.
